နွေဦးတော်လှန်ရေး ၅ နှစ်ပြည့် ပြည်သူသို့ အစီရင်ခံစာ

ယနေ့သည် ပြည်သူ့ “နွေဦးတော်လှန်ရေး” (၅) နှစ် တိုင်ခဲ့ပြီ ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ ပြည်သူလူထု တရပ်လုံးအနေဖြင့် (၅) နှစ်တာ ကာလအတွင်းမှာ မမျှော်လင့်ထားသည့် အကျပ်အတည်းများကို ရင်ဆိုင်ခဲ့ရသည့်အပြင် ကြံ့ကြံ့ခံဖြတ်ကျော်နိုင်ခဲ့သည်။ ကိုယ်ပိုင်ပြဋ္ဌာန်းခွင့်နှင့် လူတစ်ယောက်ချင်းစီ၏ အခွင့်အရေးနှင့် ရပိုင်ခွင့်များကို ကာကွယ်ရန်အလို့ငှာ ပြည်သူလူထုတစ်ခုရပ်လုံးက အဓမ္မဖိနှိပ် အနိုင်ကျင့်နေသည့် အကြမ်းဖက်စစ်အုပ်စုနှင့် အာဏာရှင်စနစ်အဆုံးသတ်ရေးကို ရရာနည်းလမ်းဖြင့် မဆုတ်မနစ် တော်လှန်ခဲ့သည့်အပေါ် လေးစားဦးညွှတ်အပ်ပါသည်။
ပြည်သူလူထုတရပ်လုံးအနေဖြင့် ဖိနှိပ်မှုမျိုးစုံကို အံတုရာတွင် အဓိက မဏ္ဍိုင်ကြီး (၄) ရပ်ဖြစ်သည့် “နိုင်ငံရေး”၊ “အာဏာဖီဆန်ရေး လူထုလှုပ်ရှားမှု”၊ “စစ်ရေး” နှင့် “သံတမန်ရေး” တို့ကို ဟန်ချက်ညီချိတ်ဆက် တော်လှန်ခဲ့ကြရာ အချိုးအကွေ့မှတ်တမ်းများစွာရှိခဲ့ပါသည်။ မြန်မာပြည်သူလူထု တရပ်လုံးသည် အာဏာဖီဆန်ရေး လူထုလှုပ်ရှားမှုများကို နည်းမျိုးစုံဖြင့် တော်လှန်ခဲ့သည့်အတွက် စစ်အာဏာရှင်၏ အုပ်ချုပ်လိုစိတ်နှင့် အုပ်ချုပ်နိုင်စွမ်းကို ရိုက်ချိုးနိုင်ခဲ့ပြီး စစ်အာဏာရှင်ယန္တရားတခုလုံးကို ချိနဲ့စေခဲ့သည်။
ထို့အပြင် လက်နက်ကိုင်တော်လှန်ရေးနှင့် တော်လှန်ထောက်ပို့မှုလှုပ်ရှားမှုများသည် တော်လှန်ရေး၏ အရေးပါသည့် ဆန့်ကျင်ခုခံမှုတခုဖြစ်ပြီး လူထုအသီးသီးထောက်ခံမှု၊ အာဏာရှင်စနစ် အဆုံးသတ်တော်လှန်ရေး၏ အသက်သွေး ကြောဖြစ်သည်။ နည်းလမ်းစုံပါဝင်မှုများသည်
ပြည်သူလူထုတရပ်လုံးက အကြမ်းဖက်စစ်အုပ်စု၏ အတုအယောင် ရွေးကောက်ပွဲကို အသိအမှတ်မပြုခြင်းသည် စစ်အုပ်စုထံတွင် ပြည်သူပေးအပ်ထားသည့် အာဏာမရှိကြောင်းကို ထင်ထင်ရှားရှားပြသနိုင်ခဲ့ပြီး ဒီမိုကရေစီနည်းကျ ရွေးကောက်ပွဲအပေါ် တန်ဖိုးထားမှုကိုပါ ပြသနိုင်ခဲ့သည်။ အတုအယောင် ရွေးကောက်ပွဲပြုလုပ်ပြီး နိုင်ငံရေး ထွက်ပေါက်ရရန် ဆောင်ရွက်သော်လည်း အရေးပေါ်အခြေအနေ ကြေညာချက်များထုတ်ပြန်နေခြင်းသည် စစ်အုပ်စု၏ အုပ်ချုပ်ခွင့် မရနေကြောင်းမှာ ထင်ရှားနေသည်။
အကြမ်းဖက် စစ်အုပ်စုသည် ၂၀၂၁ ဖေဖော်ဝါရီ (၁) ရက်နေ့မှစတင်၍ (၅) နှစ်တာ ကာလအတွင်း ပြည်သူ့အာဏာကို အတင်းအဓမ္မသိမ်းယူရန် ကြိုးစားပြီး အများပြည်သူအပေါ်တွင် များစွာသော လူ့အခွင့်အရေးချိုးဖောက်မှုများနှင့် “လူသားမျိုးနွယ်ပေါ် ကျူးလွန်သည့် ရာဇဝတ်မှုများ”၊ “စစ်ရာဇဝတ်မှုများ”၊ “လူမျိုးသုဉ်းသတ်ဖြတ်မှု” များကို ကျူးလွန်လျက်ရှိသည်။ ထိုသို့ကျူး လွန်ခံရမှုများရှိ နေသော်လည်း ပြည်သူ လူထုတရပ်လုံးသည် နည်းလမ်းမျိုးစုံဖြင့် တော်လှန်ရေးကို ဆင်နွှဲနေကြသည်။
လူ့အဖွဲ့အစည်းစနစ်တို့ နွေဦးတော်လှန် ရေးသည် အကြမ်းဖက် စစ်အုပ်စုနှင့် အာဏာရှင်စနစ်တိုက်ဖျက်ရေး၊ ဖက်ဒရယ်ဒီမိုကရေစီစနစ် ဖော်ဆောင်နိုင်ရေးအတွက်သာမက ပိုမိုကောင်းမွန်သည့် နိုင်ငံရေးနှင့် ထွန်းကားလာရေးကို မျှော်ရည်တိုက်ပွဲဝင်ရမည်ဟုခိုင်မာစွာယုံကြည်ပါသည်။ တော်လှန်ရေးအင်အားစုများသည် စည်းရုံးလှုံ့ဆော်မှု မဟာဗျူဟာတွင် လိုအပ်ချက်များရှိခဲ့ပြီး လူမျိုးစု အင်အားစုများအကြား နားလည်ညှိနှိုင်းနိုင်ရန်၊ အတူယှဉ်တွဲနေထိုင်နိုင်ရန်၊ အတူလက်တွဲပုံဖော်ကြသည့် အလေ့အထကောင်းများဖြင့် တည်ဆောက်ကြရန်မှာ တော်လှန်ရေးအင်အား စုများအကြား၌ပင် ဆက်လက်ဆွေးနွေးလုပ်ဆောင်ကြမည်ဟု ပြည်သူလူထုတရပ်လုံးထံ အသိပေး အပ်ပါသည်။
ကျွန်ုပ်တို့ တော်လှန်ရေးအင်အားစုများသည် တော်လှန်ရေး (၅) နှစ် ပြည့်မှသည် ဖက်ဒရယ်ဒီမိုကရေစီ ပြည်ထောင်စု တည်ထောင်နိုင်သည်အထိ သွေးစည်းညီညွတ်စွာဖြင့် အကြမ်းဖက်စစ်အုပ်စုနှင့် အာဏာရှင်စနစ် အဆုံးသတ်ရေးကို ဆက်လက်တိုက်ပွဲဝင် သွားမည်ဖြစ်ကြောင်း သံန္နိဋ္ဌာန် ပြုလိုက်ပါသည်။

Report to the People on the Fifth Anniversary of the Revolution
Today marks five years since the Spring Revolution began. Over these years, the people of Myanmar have faced unprecedented challenges and endured them with strength. We bow with respect to everyone who has resisted the repressive military regime in every way possible, with courage and dedication, in defense of individual rights and the right to self-determination.
The revolution has been carried forward through four central pillars: politics, the public resilience movement, armed resistance, and diplomacy. Together, these forces have remained in balance and have shaped a series of historic turning points. Across the country, people have taken part in many forms of resistance and civil disobedience, weakening the mechanisms of authoritarian rule and steadily eroding the regime’s power and will.
Armed resistance, together with the logistical support behind it, has become a critical form of resilience. Support from different groups across Myanmar society – expressed through many forms of collective resistance – has been an essential lifeline in the ongoing effort to bring an end to the regime.
The resilience of the Myanmar people is reflected in their refusal to recognize the military regime’s sham election. This has proven that the regime holds no real power over the people, and that only a genuine democratic election is valued. The military attempted to create a political exit through this sham process, but repeated declarations of emergency have only exposed its inability to establish legitimate rule.
Since the attempted coup on February 1, 2021, the military regime has committed widespread human rights violations, crimes against humanity, war crimes, and acts of genocide over the past five years. Despite these acts of intimidation and violence, the people of Myanmar have chosen to continue participating in the revolution in every way they can.
The Spring Revolution aims not only to dismantle the military regime and dictatorship, but also to build a better future for Myanmar’s society and political system. While multiple institutions within the revolution still face strategic weaknesses in campaigning, we remain committed to continuing conversations that foster harmony among Myanmar’s diverse ethnic groups and strengthen mutual understanding among ourselves.
We, as institutions within the movement, commit to continuing the struggle five years on and beyond until we unite and establish a federal democratic union, after the end of the terrorized military regime and its rule.
